I bought a Nokia N 95 8 Gb phone in nov 07. The phone is still under warranty. My screen (LCD) suddenly disappeared when I found small water droplets in the screen on a cold humid morning. Since then the screen went blank. though the phone was working. When I approached the nokia care center, they refused to repair the LCD screen through warranty, citing that the water droplets problem is not covered in the warranty. I ended up paying more than Rs. 5000/- for a Rs 30, 000/- which is not even a full year old. Over and above they even refused to give the unserviceable LCD screen saying that they want to send it to the company. I wonder what is the Nokia company going to do with an unserviceable LCD screen.
