Unauthorised deduction

Dear Sir, I never subscribe any scheme, but they deducted Rs.60 from my account and messaged that your suscription deducted. How they can do so? Is there any authority for this loot? Pl. send immediately the TRI's website where the complaint lodged and they can punished soon. Refund immediately my amount, and stop the schemes forever with me.
