Hi Nokia Care People

It has been limit from your side now, means Services are just pathetic, I have given my DEFECTIVE 6300 handset to

one of ur service centre at green park on 7th oct n return date was 10th oct,

but but but I regret to say the services are so low grade n most of all people are not at all responsive,

No Body is reverting back where my handset gone???

On questioning at ur Green Park Serv Station, they say we dunno the status, ur set has been sent to noida,

n we dunno hw much time it ll take there???

Means is this the reply from NOKIA, worthless just,

I have already requested for replacement of my handset, thats wat i wan,

I have been given a defective handset with handsfree jack problem n a complimentary line in camera,

its shit to the quality of NOKIA,

Now kindly act at your end ASAP as I ve to go out of india on 15th oct & I cant do without my mobile at all.
