Enhensment not support

Sir i buy nokia3500c at 21/4 this set work properly upto 4months but after that in my handset enhansment can not support where i switch in into my handset they can not support then igo to care cernter they saw whats problem and say your handset can't repair here send it delhi for repair due to complant today 6day gone but not any ans given by this center my job sheet no. is 487434038/081011/11... at that time i trouble more problem... Sir please take it sireuslye
