Epair of nokia N91-2

I buy N91 8gb on 17-01-08, but after sometime menu button did not work.as the mobile is in warranty i went to nokia care on 20-08-08.and

address is Care Centre,

19-20 first floor, Opp. Laxmi Mandir, Tonk Road,

jaipur.

they take my mobile and tell it will repair within 15 days.i call them many time but they tell me it is in head office in noida, and they pass 3 month like that .after 3 month i go there and they are given old mobile to me and when i check that the mobile serial no. in mobile is different from challen no.

they tell me we will send it back to head office, after 3 month i did not get my mobile, please help me.
