3120 classic complaint

Dear Sir

I have bought Nokia 3120 CLASSIC phone a month back. Now i m facing flickering problem i screen while making calls.i had showed it to nokia crae in gurgaon, they had just updated the software saying that problem is resolved .but it is still there, when i again went to them they refused to accept the problem..Plz help me n get my phone changed.
