Nokia mobile N73M chasis broken after service

My mobile (Nokia N73M) was having problem with vibrator. Vibrator was not working. I have given for service to Nokia Care at Pondicherry. After service they deliverd my mobile. I found that its chasis was broken. I have requested them to replace the chasis at free of cost. They told that it was already broken at the time of receiving. But actually it was not broken at the time when I given to them for service. They told it is not possible to replace at free of cost.

Now what can I do? Please help me
