I gave one 2626 handset to balaji UDUPI NCC ON 19 SEP 08.MY JOB SHEET NUMBER IS 374434038/080919/55.On gi ving at once they said that its a software problem n we'll have to send it to banglore. Time required will be 15 to 20 days they said. Since then i have been following them n they r just doing monday saturday teusdaY etc.

Such a prestigious company would be so irresponsible i had never thought. IT treats its customer in such a humiliating way, its justb god save.

I want my cell back any how as early aspossible whether repaired or even not.

I WOULD ALSO SUGGEST PEOPLE NOT TO GET MISS LEADED BY FREE SERVICES N NEVER OPT FOR SERVICE CENTRES WHILE GOING FOR REPAIR, THEY R JUST RIDICULOUS AT LEAST HERE IN KARNATAKA.
