Lack spot on screen of nokia -6500

I am shivani, purchased my nokia-6500 slid, bearing IMEI no-353547024439450 on 08/06/08, suddenly some black concentrated spots appeared on its screen, some disappeared themselves bt one spot is on d screen since one month around.

I would be highly thankful to you, if you could kindly see into the problem or get my handset exchanged.
