Complaint not rectified yet after 1 month

I gave my head set to nokia care for replacement on 26/12 at nokia care center at Tagore garden, New Delhi & the target delivery date given by them was 14/01, But till today i can't get my head set & even they have transfered there Nokia care center from Tagore Garden to Narayana which is approx. 15KM away from Tagore Garden, I am getting mantelly harrased.

there are still saying me to come to Narayana on tuesday i.e. 29/01.I want compontation for my incovienence and my lossthat occoured due to its delay because my phone's speaker was not working & i had to turn on my loudspeaker and can't attend my sevral inportant and confidential calls in front of others which causes me loss of about Rs 15000
