COMPLAINT AGAINST SERVICE

I have submitted my nokia cell (6085 model) in the NOKIA CARE CENTRE, A-78, SECTOR-2, NOIDA on 08/04. But i can't get any answar from the centre, when i was visited 5 times there, they say u can come after the message, but i have not received the message till 29/04. Can u tell me when i got my cell.
