Nokia battery not replaced from Nokia care from more than 2 weeks still waiting

I Submitted the Nokia BL4C Battery for replacement in Nokia Care on 13th Nov. Its 29th Nov and still they are saying that battery has not come yet. Everyday i am calling Nokia care center for enquiry but everyday the same status is responded from their side that still it has not come. I am facing lot of problem with this. The Nokia care service in Rohtak is very pathetic. They take too much time for the things to get replaced (around 3 weeks or more).
