Postponing the delivery

I got some problem in my Nokia N73 Music Edition mobile and I have given it to the Nokia Care here in Bangalore in the month of May. At first they informed that the problem will get resolved and the mobile will be delivered within 2 weeks (Maximum). Since then they have been postponing the delivery date by saying that the mobile has to come from higher office, some transport problems etc., I am very vexed with their behavior and so do other customers. Please help me in this regard.
