I purchased the nokia 5610 model in the month of May. From the sencond month of purchase i m suffering from the problem of mobile phone hanging and blank or upside down display. First time when i gave for service, they told it could be because of software problem and formatted the mobile. The very third day i suffered from the same problem and again i gave for service. This cycle continues and i tried giving it for service for the same problem in different nokia care centres hoping it wil solve somewhere or the other. I have given almost around 4 times to service for the same problem. and the people in the nokia care centre are not responding properly and giving false statements and told to adjust with that mobile for one month it will solve automatically. I was fed up after investing more than 13000/- in purchasing that mobile. and for fifth time i have given service in one more nokia care centre and the status i received by the nokia care people and the customer care people for the job sheet i have differs. one says (customer care) it has been repaired and avaiting for delivery and the other (nokia care) says they didnt start the service as they didnt receive the approval mail from level3 people to proceed on the seventh day. and telling wil take still 10 more days to repair. I am fed up. I need replacement for the pain i m suffering and the amount being wasted. Bad nokia.
