Nokia Care Green Park
Delay in reparing of handset-Nokia6300

I submitted my handset nokia 6300 for repair on 30.09.2008 at HCL nokia care centre S-10 Green park ext New Delhi. I was given delivery date 03.10.2008. But my handset is still not repaired. There is very poor and slow customer care services from this care centre. When i inquired, I was told it will take another 3 to 5 days. It is still with them.

I am totally dissatisfied.

Customer Care is to help people. But this customer care is making people to worry about their handsets. What the hell is this?
