Poor Customer Service at the above mentioned NOKIA CARE

I have a microphone problem with my NOKIA 5300 Xpress Music handset. I have submitted the mobile on 16-11 to the NOKIA Customer Care located at PANJAGUTTA Circle in HYDERABAD, INDIA. But they are not responding well about the repair of the above and i am still waiting for my phone to get it back to my hands. So i request you respond to my query.
