Mobile reparing

I have purchased nokia 3110c from mobile store before six month. the camera of my mobile is not working properly. i have given that mobile 2 time their for repairing purpose but when i get my mobile phone the problem of the mobile not solved. the third time on date 12/september i submeted my mobile there by job sheet no 395343506/080912/19. and the rsn no of the phone is 3589771015105817. and the call me on 27/septenber to pick the phone and i went there to pick the phone on 20/october. they said to me that " the problem of camera is not solved properly and we'll send the phone to head office". i have to always wait in nokia care for 1 hour . now what i do? suggest me

now what i do without the mobile phone.

i have subimeted the cell at Nokia care, chunni ganj, kanpu
