Nokia care(kharagpur)
Gave cell to repair, but now its of no use

Sir, i'm in some unusual problem regarding the service of NOKIA CARE (KHARAGPUR),

i bought a nokia 6300 form nokia priority deler brigade road bangalore on 25th jan IMEI NO:359544018416507, the cell was working nicely. but on 25th dec my keypad stopped working.as i was in my native (kharagpur) that time so i gave the cell for repaire at nokia care kharagpur, they said that it will take 2 days and the charge will be rs 600, but after two days they said that ther was some problem with some KEYPAD FILTER IC of the cell and as the parts was not available they have to keep for some day. as i was about to stay for a few day at home i said that it wont be a problem. but as my holidays was getting over i contacted them for the cell, they said that they were unable to collect it form the centre. so i went and took the delivery, i checked there and as before the keypad was not working, i'm not a mechanic that i'll open and see and then take the delivery.the next day i had some work in MEDINIPUR so i thought of showing it at the medinipur branch once, the engineer there opened the cell and said me that the KEYPAD FILTER IC was not present at its position and there was some tampartment, as i had my train for bangalore that night i had to return to bangalore, at bangalore i once again gave the cell for repaire at NOKIA CARE CENTRE (BIZI COMMUNICATION), and after two days they said me that the cell cannot be repaired as there was some tampartment, i called NOKIA CARE CUSTOMER CARE and said them the whole thing, but they said that i cant do anything as i dont have any proof that it was tampered at nokia care.

sir please tell me that does any one of the common mass do ever open and checks the parts of the cell while taking a delivery??? that too when give to the company's own care service unit.

sir the cell costed me 8thousabd rupees and now its of no use just because i gave it to the NOKIA CARE KHARAGPUR...

SIR I NEED YOUR HELP VERY BADLY AS I CANT AFFORD TO BUY A NEW CELL AT THIS TIME.BUT MOSTLY I'M BEING ROBBED BY NOKIA CARE KHARAGPUR.
