Memory card given for repairing not received

Due to some problem I have given my memory card of n73 to nokia care on 22/02/08, parbirhata sirpally, g t road, burdwan-3 ph no-03422542690.At the time of receiving the memory card csustomer executive told me that I will get it within 10 days, but till I have not received the same. I have visited the Nokia Care several times but they not able to give me any exact time to receive the same. My job sheet no is-314343506/080222/5. Kindly conform the procedure to received the memory card. I want to receive the card as early as possible. I will escalate the same if there is no resolution from your part.
