Nokia Care is not properly funtioning

Customers complaints has not attending. The reason is every customer has to buy from their own Nokia priority dealer only. The NPD & Nokia care is single ownership. All are in Pollachi Nokia customers are fed up like anything. AC Nelson of Chennai has taken a survey against this. Please take care and do needful
