Nokia CDMA 1255
Reliance Cell not working

I have given my Reliance CDMA 1255 cell having restarting problem at Kaustubh telecom on 3rd March but when received on 20th March, after that i was unable to make any calls (within 1 sec call is dissmissed). If any other person is calling at my cell number it's giving switch off.

Only Reliance customer care (*333) am able to contact and they confirmed that services from there side are very ok.

Please help me out as soon as possible as its hampering my work.
