Faulty piece supplied

I had purchase new nokia 2505 handset from nokia dealer with bill & warrenty within 24 hrs i found that battery was not getting charged & instrument had network problem i told dealer to replace the piece he suggested to contact nokia care where they took my handset &said will repair & giveit to me after 15 days i talk to nokia customer care they said we cant replace or refund the amount we will repair & give i feel cheated they do not check the piece before launching in market & we have to do with repair piece after 15 days please help me to get the refund from nokia india my job card no is 245343506/071010/29 dt-10-10
