Nokia cdma 6275
Inferior set was given

I have bought a new nokia set on 29/03, invoice number 133105060.That set already had humididty in it n the shopkeeper did not tell us this. unfortunately i got chichen pox on very next day n I could not check it, but when i used it, it got switched off n never got switched on. I took it to nokia care now they say that it can not be repaired under warrantee and i have to pay Rs.1890.

Since the hand set was not perfectly ok why they are making me pay that extra amount.

I would request here to do the justice with me, and get me my money back.
