I kpg chowdary bsnl prepaid cell no.9440174810 customer my scheme vennila plus message free 500 for monthly and five numbers 30 paise, but diwali festival date 17-10 message sent 11 nos, that day not send 7 messages totally 18 message our bsnl cutting amount Rs.18.00, and that date 17-10 early morning not calling any number but customer care talk this morning 5-00 a.m call cut the Rs.ps 0.60, so please retified the problem and send my account details to my email addres.

previously long long ago bsnl postpaid customer, this is very bad this transaction.
