Very bad service!

Dear sir/madam,

i'm dr.vaishali from JJ hospital.my nokia battery is of BL-5C type.i gave a mail application regarding the replacement a month back and approached the service center frequently, still it has not been replaced.so i request you to take the action as early as possible or i'l have to approach the consumer protection court.
