Keypad not working

I've purchased a Nokia 3600 cell phone on 13/Aug from Bigbazaar bhubaneswar. Last month I faced some issues and realised that both the keypads are not working and are locked. I couldn't even took the data backup using a USB. I showed it to Nokiacare, Sahidnagar, BBSR branch and they got it rectified for me provided i had to loose all the data stored. The immediate other day of receiving the phone it again got locked and the same problem reappeared. I'm really frustrated and need some immediate attention or replacement of the phone.
