Not return my mobile from 6th june

I am ankur kamboj nokia/cellphone user

there was a problem in my cell phone (3120 classic) related to display so i had to go to nokia care, muzaffar nagar on 6th june they assure me that within 10 days they return my cellphone but till date 4th july there is no response by those nokia care persons..

i had also submit 1450 rs for display while my cell phone is in the guarantee period.

what should i do please tell me
