Nokia Cell is malfunctioning

Dear Sir

I have this Nokia cell phone, model: Nokia 6500s-1, IMEI No : 356400/02/021080/5 its bill date is 12-11 from Nokia Priority Dealer, SCO 42, Sec - 11, Panchkula, Haryana. Bill No - 16967 .

From last 15 days i have been facing problem in my handset as all of a sudden it display gets black out and I have to switch off and on to get it working again.

As my cell was in Warrenty so I gave my cell to nokia care address - (SHEETLA WLL SERVICE, Old Delhi Road, Opp Plaza Solitaire Gurgaon - 12 Haryana. Ph No. - 0124-329 Mob. 9910303001, 9312253914). Bill no of Sheetla Wll Service is 10083 Dated : 03-09 .

They Charged Me Rs. 110/- for checking and then told me that display and wiring of the cell needs to be changed and that would cost me Rs. 3350/-, they said it is due to liquid logged which was not the case. i asked them to return back the cell in same condition and after then when i got back the cell it is not even getting Switch on which was having no problem initially when I submitted the cell to nokia care centre.

kindly look into this matter as I have been un necessarly been exploited.
