Repair and Service Problem

I have purchase Nokia mobile 5130-c @ Rs. 5850/- on 14.07.09. i have purchased nokia mobile because of it Good Quality, Good Service and Long Life. But i am very surprise after a week it is not working can you imagine it is with in week. After all that i have deposited my set in Nokia careon 21.07.09 agst job sheet no -106433527/090725/73 they told me it is repair with in week if it is repair here if it goes to company then it take 10-15 days i ready on that. but i does not know it is starting of long war. I have called many time in nokia care they give me one answer it gone to compay take 10-15 days. i have told them from which date i calculate 10-15 days they did not gave any answer. On 12.08.09 i have called in nokia care they told me your set has been replaced i think my war is over but i does not know here it not over. On 12.08.09 i have collect the set from nokia care.by look

it show it very old becauese it all screw is cover by white paper. i have compromise but when i used that phone it has another problem that it is network problem and its FM not working. Then again i deposit the set in nokia care agst jobsheet no 106433527/090819/56. on 17-08-09 i am very upset on that. my whole belive on quality and service of nokia is all wash out. So sir it is request to you please look at all this matter and please solve my problem and if it is possible please change with new set
