Poor servicing of cell phones

I ahve purchesed one Nokia N series cell phone, from Amit Mechanical works Rail Way road, Hapur, Ghaziabad (Also known as Usha emporium), Since last few months my cell was getting hanged frequently, innitially i launched a complain with the Nearest Nokia service centre at Hapur (ie- Agarwal Nokia care centre), but unfortunately, instead of improvement I found, condition of my cell was worst then before, and service centre owner threatened that, if we come back again, he will not do any thing with out payment, I made lot of request to him but he didnt bother about it, rather than giving threat for payment, please let me know what shall i do next?

My Cell Model No: N72, Serial No-356966010548040, Battery No-0304132751576, C.No-421248460675370, Date Of Purchase 12.09.07. Fisrt complain: June. Second Complain: 25th August Third Complain:27 Th August Cell returned onth October in out of condition.
