Delying and Irresponsible in providing Service

Hi,

I have Taken My Nokia model5500 by the end of May 07. But after using it for 2-3 months its keypad is detached form the base. For this I have submitted it In the Nokia service center on 13th Oct 07 and they said the expected date is 13th of October 07.Since then I have contacted personaly more than 5times but till now I am unable get my phone repaired. As I am staying a part from my family and state, I am facing huge inconvenience to have talk with my parents.

Not only this the service center even not receiving call to provide infrmation about the status.
