i have purchased my nokia on 28/06 with in 3 days from purchase of nokia E63 . the phone is not working properly. THE menu button is not working .3 times the phone has been sent to the nokia head office and 1 times checked by the service center and now when i applied for replacement... they have again send the phone to head office. I even have talked to the manager of the nokia care center name baljeet singh . but nothing have been done.
Even after spending so much of money, what i have received is just the pathetic state of nokia customer care service centers and a highly degraded phone... which i took with such excitement and desire entrusting nokia and i havent been able to use it upto its utility since i bought it.
