Utton r very tight to use

Dear sir/mam

I m using the hand set of nokia model no n7610 from dec to till its key pad is not working properly 3 to 4 buttons are not working, when i remove the body & then use it is perfectly working so plz give me the solution bcoz i cant change the handset
