Sub: Inordinate delay to return the Mobile Hand Set after service by Nokia Care Center

Sir,

I have purchased a Nokia Mobile Hand Set 6020 gray Model, IMEI No. 359772006990403 on 23.3.2007 vide receipt No. 1830 from M/S New Surabhi Watch, Boaring Road, Sivasagar-785640 (Assam). After 3-4 months set gave some problems related to ring tone failure while receiving calls. I contacted Nokia Care centre, Hospital Road, (Side Lahoti Petrol Pump), Sivasagar-785640 (Assam) on 08.10.2007 and deposited the Hand set vide Job Sheet No. 3073. Service Engineer at Nokia care centre, Hospital Road, (Side Lahoti Petrol Pump), Sivasagar-785640 (Assam) told me to take the Mobile Hand set after one week but I have met him at least twenty times, no satisfactory answer is being given to me about my Hand set. Some times he tells that the Hand set has been sent to Guwahati but Guwahati also is reluctant about my problem. Many times I have tried at 9954015104. This No. is given by Sivasagar (Assam) Nokia Care Centre. The above No. is not responding.

In this way I am in a mental agony and unable to understand that where my Mobile Hand set has gone and how will I get it. Kindly help me and enable me to get my Mobile Hand set back at an earliest so that I may use it for my daily needs.
