Mobile not repaired as well as not returned till date

Dear all,

i have submitted my cell for repair in enhancement connectivity on 20 jan09.

but it ia one month now and no response from the centre. and moreover when i said that return my cell without getting it repaired then also there is no response.

they said since bhopal office is shifting so we can not do any thing. my job sheet no. 014343506/090120/136.

pls do needful.
