Sir,

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with technical problems. Earlier we were regular users of Nokia 9500 and 93001. Now, when we have swithched over to this high - end phone we are facing critical problems like - the phone is getting hanged up, the central navigating button is getting discoloured and the body-cover is also losing its appearance. Since we have paid such high price for purchasing the afore-said set we ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia products remain un-daunted.
