Non Replacement of Defective battery BL-5c

It is regretted to say that I am waiting since 9-10 months to replace my defective BL-5c battery no 0670400363563N407413103911, alredy registered with nokia care for replacement. Nokia website information updates show that " battery is in delivery since dated 10-09. they are just delay the battery and wait when consumer stop persuation.
