WLAN not getting connected even after giving it thrice for repair in one months time within warranty

I brought Nokia E 51 on 20th of Nov.2008.My wireless lan though it was detecting but would not connect. I have given the mobile thrice in one months time and Nokia service centre kept it for almost 16 days at stretch saying they have to to send it to Delhi for repairs has still not been repaired now what is to be done i don, t know. After buying a high end model if these kind of problems persists then i think Nokia should label their phones as USE AND THROW> NO WARRANTY
