Poor Service

I have mobile E51 with Serial No. 358997010833999. The rubber of side panel keys of volume up and down are worn out. Secondly the keys of "call"(green button) and "1 " were not working.

Since my phone is in warranty period i had gone to service center of nokia where Job Sheet No. 246433527/090108/17 was issued, than my mobile was given to me by saying that we will get back to you as certain spares are needed and they will arrange but when i checked about status of my job sheet it shows that mobile has been repaired and given back which is false statement as mobile is in same conditon. The care center in Sec-7, Panchkula (Haryana) told me that they will contact me when they will have necessary spares but till date situation is same.,

I am feeling cheated by spending such a huge amount in purchasing nokia phone and than not getting any favorable response.
