Nokia E51
Phone replacement

I had purchased a nokia E51 on 5/08 . my EMEI number was 358997013416735 it was W.STEEL in colour. suddenly one day my phones keypad stops working and i cant even pick up a single call.

now i gave my phone to nokia service centre by the name of R.L.COMMUNICATION (O-9 LAJPAT NAGAR 2ND). i got my phone replaced on 10/12/08. this time the EMEI number was 350997010341332 and the black turned black. i had paid for E51 W.STEEL and not for black. the service centre is not responding towards the replacement of the phone that was purchased.

if ther no action taken then i have to move on to the consumer court and take a legal action.
