My phone keypad are not working

Hi,

my name is manish chauhan, advocate of gujarat high court, residing at baroda.

I have taken cell of model E51 IN JULY after taking this mobile after six months i am getting lot of problems.when i try to use cell the keypad of mobile are not working and also opening automitcaly all the programe and then after suddenly hanged up, when i took this to customer care they were just clear the cell with brush in minute five minute i and give me back, this situation has been occured four or five times, the customercare of baroda has not give me proper answer and my warranty piriod time has been expired wen i gone in august to the customer care they are charged me 715 rupees (rs sevan hundread and fifty) with me but still problem are not solving.please give me a proper solution to this product.i am very upset because i spend rs 11000/- to purchese the cell but not satisfied with cell and services so please help me in this regard, else replace me with new mobile.
