Tired of bad customer service NOKIA

Dear Sir,
I am a customer of nokia since the first model of nokia was out. The issue here is techinical and customer service based: i bought this Nokia E51 four months ago & experencing a very bad service. Some of the keys have stopped working and the phone has started working randomly, It operates on its own, the screen blurrs every 5 seconds. Taking an advise i gave my phone to one of your NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE outlet and they took 16 days to repair my phone's IC, unfortunately within 6-7 hours again the same problem has occured. Sir we take executive phones so that we dont get into any hassels or such issues but if such case happens where do i go? do i again and again give it to NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE or do u have any other option for me? A geniune request i am placing here, hope there is some one who would listen. Please take my appeal into consideration and advise me further.
