Negligence of the service centre

The Senior Manager,

This is to bring to your notice of the negligence of the service center here at Panjagutta, Hyderabad.

I had handed over my phone which was very well working to dry and return as it had fallen in water.but they just dint take any action for 6 days and then with constant pestering they gave me the answer that its unrepairable and can be taken back.

Iexpected a more responsible approach from such a big company and would like to heaqr from you at the earliest.
