Past 3 months facing problem with phone

Hi my name is varun bajaj i job sheet no-1500295127, imei -359743000476525, i have been facing problem with the handset from past 3 months my earlier job sheet no was - 1300134714, i got this handset repaired for 3 times then they swapped me a handset stil i gt same problem in the new handset .i submitted this at green park nokia care on 19/8 still havent got any status from them...

please lemme knw wat should i do...
