I want value for my money

This is bring to your knowledge that till today i had used only Nokia Instruments from last 8 years and was very much satisfied with the products too. But on 16th April I had purchased a new instrument Nokia E62 IMEI no. 359743000539546.

1) I had purchased the instrument in impression of a office phone, but to my surprise all the features takes lots of time to even open a folder.

2) when ever i receive a phone call, the phone itself switch to loudspeaker which leads to break of my privacy to attend the call.

3) Whenever the phone switch over to loudspeaker it gets hang up and even it can not be switched off. To restart the instrument I have to remove the battery and reinstall the same to start, which is very emberrasing all the time and especially in meetings.

4) I had visited twice in these 8 months to your customer service center and they have formatted the same, but it does not work and the problem still stand the same.

While purchasing the instrument i never thought that the product will be so dumb.

I need immediate response to my problem and want it to be rectified. Now it had been very hard to recommend any one for the same Nokia instrument.

I want change of model itself as the instrument is not worth of its price. or in other words the instrument is only worth to receive calls (none of its features can be used with such a slow speed) and that too only if the instrument does not hang up.

I want Value for my money.

Hope to have immediate action to this regard.
