Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Nokia E-63 from M/s. Hello Mobiles, Shopping Centre, Kota (Rajasthan) on dated 03/04. I had faced all the technical problems since the time of purchase, so I had returned the set to the dealer within an hour of purchase. He promised me that the set will be replaced within 10 days period, now more than 12 days have elapsed but dealer is still giving me poor response & fails to give me the confirm date by when I will get my new set or money back. Kindly look into the matter & do needful urgently & oblige.
