FAULTY HANSDET

I bought this phone on 8-8-09 and in 2 days the the menu button was not working so got the phone changed and then again after a day same problem and now i have exchanged the phone 4 times cause iam facing the same problem, i di not know wat to do, iam from bangalore kindly help the phone costed me 12, 450.
