Nokia E63
E63 hangs up

My Nokia E63 hangsup very often

tried calling service centers they say there is no issue in the handset. you reinstall the software & format phone. Did all the advised stuff... but still no answers

Is Nokia company not responsible for giving a good product, and if their software is faulty they should come up with a solution or take all phones back from market.
