Replacement of Nokia E63 mobile

Hello sir,

I am Munish Goyal im having some serious problem in my nokia mobile

IME No: 359319025769531

some times my mobile does not open the MENU, when i press menu button it do nothing. bt all other functions work properly when i use them from home screen.

For this prob i can go to your nokia care center at SANGRUR (Punjab) on 6 or 7 of sep. then they can update the device software to 200.21.012 version, but im still having the same problem.

then again i can visit nokia care center then they advise me to remove memory card n then to use the code *#7370# to reset & use without any memory card for some days.

I did the same but again i face the same problem using mobile without any memory card.

Now the care center person said me that they have no solution for this problem because this is a software problem n they dont have any new version yet so to wait for new versions, but this is not the way to solve any problem. So please tell me what to do...
