Nokia E-65
My mobile was totally DISCOLOURED

Had given my cellophone Nokia E-65 for repairs at Nokia Care, S-10, Green Park Extn. New Delhi - 110019. on dtd. 29th. Jan. vide Jobsheet # 1500264103 . i was told on 2nd. Feb. that i can get my mobile phone as it was 4 ready after the repair job.

i was totally surprised to find that cover of my mobile was totally DISCOLOURED & was looking like 2nd. very old & raised an objection but staff there were not at all ready to listen to me at all!!! was tolde to meet MR. NEGI the higher boss but he was too very rude with a very high handed attitude & expressed his inability to listen to me.

my, question is how come only 2 month old such an expensive mobile can loose it's colour & this can not be acceptable to anyone!!!

would, request please look into this matter & change the cover of the phone as it waslier.
